How we Negotiate (Part 1)

Updated: Aug 18, 2022

Before we negotiate your property purchase, we take time to consider the Vendor's position and his/her motivation to sell. Some of this information we glean from our contacts and some we source from esoteric sources such as Companies House where a lot can be learnt from reading a Property Developer's set of Company Accounts for example. When this information is combined with our strong negotiation skills, we can save Buyers very significant sums of money on their purchase. Below is a sample Ludgrove Negotiation Report.

Knowing the motivation of the Seller, can be invaluable when it comes to securing the best deal for our clients.
