Turnkey Financing & Affordability

Buying a property involves anticipating a number of "known unknowns". Unkowns include the actual purchase price (as opposed to the asking price), stamp duty, legal fees, surveyor fees, mortgage debt and interest payments. Sometimes these variables conspire to deter Buyers as they feel they can't assess what they can genuinely afford. There is also the worry the Buyer may have overlooked an unforeseen expense in the purchase process.

In order to provide as much visibility as possible and avoid any stress, Ludgrove produces a bespoke Financing Report for each Buyer showing your Financing requirements under various scenarios. This enables our clients to accurately determine the equity required for the purchase as well as the ongoing monthly mortgage payments.
