The Chelsea Property Market
Once an area historically populated by artists, Chelsea came into its own in the 60's and early 70's as it became the epicentre of everything that was cool about "Swinging London".
Today the area is one of Prime London's most chic villages with its high end shopping, world class restaurants and nightlife. The area has a range of properties to suit all tastes from the colourful Victorian terraced houses on Bywater Street, Markham Street and Burnsall Street to the grand period villas centred around Carlysle Square.
As a prime real estate market Chelsea has global appeal and it is considered to be one of the safest places for property investments in the world.
Average Sales Value Houses: £3.63m
Average Sales Value Flats: £1.6m
Average £ PSF Sales Price: £1,562 (at Sept 2020)
